This small hand turned walnut bowl is made from a friend’s tree. My friend bought a place where the trees were so overgrown that they had to be trimmed to make the yard usable again. It is always sad to have to trim trees, however I did get to make some beautiful bowls. This small bowl turned out very cool.
This smaller bowl is a great bowl for a place for wallet and keys. It could also be used as a jewelry keeper. The cracks are filled with glue to keep it stable. One side of the bowl still has bark left on it. You can see that highlighted in one of the pictures of its side.
Size – 6.75in width x 1.75in deep
