This hand turned wood bowl is made from a Utah Cherry tree. My friend Jason owned a tree service and whenever he had trees that he thought could make an interesting piece he would call me. I found the wood in chipper pile and thought it could be a beautiful bowl.
This medium sized bowl is perfect to be used as a catch all for small things. It would be great on an entryway table or as a small fruit bowl. It would also be a great jewelry keeper.
I usually label all the pieces I make with a wood burner by hand. This bowl I used a laser engraver to see what the results would be, so it is labeled a little differently than everything else you see here on the website. Everything I make is one of a kind and not production work. This hand turned wood bowl is one of one.
