This handmade wooden bowl is made from a Utah Boxelder tree.  A friend of mine in the Salt Lake valley needed some help removing a tree that had fallen in her yard.  This bowl is from a piece of wood from that tree.

One of my favorite features of this bowl is the spot where you can see a branch had been growing.  That spot is highlighted on one of the sides of the bowl.  This medium sized wooden bowl would be a great catch all or possibly a bowl to hold jewelry.
